Grant has a great new post up. Man, have I said how good he's doing. His growth rate is through the charts. (And no that's not a joke about how tall he is) He is seriously growing as a leader. He has all the God given leadership skills, he is now using them as a pastor which is a different role for him. He's taken to it naturally. He has a great post about empowering people. GOOD JOB GRANT!

Adam has a couple of new posts up as well. He's trying to blog more now cause he wants to be like me. I really hope some other worship leaders start reading his blog. We have gleaned so much from other pastors blogging, I think some of the things Adam does and talks about guys could learn from. GOOD JOB ADAM!
